Sri Dewi Adriani S.S., M.Si.

After graduating from the Japanese Literature Department-Universitas Indonesia with bachelor’s and master’s degrees, she joined as a faculty member in 2002 and is now a subject content specialist for Japanese language skills. She joined the Japanese language teaching methodology course in 2007~2009 at The Japan Foundation Jakarta. Apart from teaching, she also participated as a presenter in several conferences. Her research interest concerns contemporary Japanese social issues such as female workers and education sectors.

She received a research grant from the Ministry of Higher Education of Republik Indonesia in 2016~2019 for the research topic: “Women Empowerment in Japan and Indonesia.” In 2016 and 2019, she received a travel grant from The Japan Foundation Jakarta to participate in the association of Asian studies conference in Kyoto and Bangkok. In 2016, she joined a Japanese language-teaching methodology course sponsored by Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) in Tokyo-Japan.
